Are the plants grown with care?+
Yes. We focus on healthy nursery stock and clear care instructions. If a plant has a special certification or source note, we will mention it on the product details.
Do you ship across India?+
We plan delivery based on plant type and location. Shipping charges, timelines, and tracking support will be confirmed before dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping depends on plant size, packaging needs, and location. We confirm the cost clearly before the order is finalized.
What happens if a plant arrives damaged?+
Send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the condition and help with the right next step based on the issue.
How are plants packaged?+
Plants are packed with soil protection, shock absorption, and ventilation based on the plant size. We are still refining packaging as the nursery grows.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Order changes should be requested as early as possible. Final cancellation and modification rules will be confirmed before live checkout.
What's the refund policy?+
For arrival issues, contact us within 24 hours with photos. For other concerns, contact support so we can review the case and explain the available options.

When will my plant start fruiting?+
It depends on the plant, climate, and care. Banana may be quicker, while mango and avocado usually need more time. Product pages share planning ranges, not guarantees.
How much space do I need?+
It depends on the plant. Trees need more room, while vines can work with planned supports. Share your space with us before buying at scale.
Do I need a big farm or can I grow at home?+
Both! Plants work in pots on terraces, backyards, or large farms. Dragon Fruit, Passion Fruit, Mulberry grow well in pots. Mango, Coconut prefer larger space. We guide based on your setup.
What's the best time to plant?+
Monsoon (June-September) is ideal for most fruits. But grafted plants can be planted year-round with proper care. We send season-specific planting guides with orders.
How much maintenance do plants need?+
Maintenance depends on the plant and season. Basic watering, pruning, and feeding are common needs. Difficulty levels on product pages are only a starting guide.
Do plants need pesticides?+
Some pests can happen in real gardens. We suggest basic, lower-chemical prevention steps where suitable, and we avoid making pesticide-free or certification claims unless they apply to a specific plant.

Is there price guarantee for my fruits?+
